Our environmental law department has advised a broad range of companies in different industries in their compliance with Argentine environmental regulations, including the obtainment of industrial, air, water, and hazardous waste permits. We have also assisted companies in conducting environmental audits and due diligence reviews and in drafting environment-related provisions for their capital markets, project financing, public offerings, and merger & acquisition transactions, among others.
In addition, we have represented clients in various litigation and settlement agreements arising out of environmental administrative, civil and criminal proceedings. ALLENDE & BREA has also counseled national, provincial and municipal government entities in many different environmental projects.
